Account and login

Do I need an account to use SUVLI?

A personal account is optional for local features. If the backend is available, the app can restore or create a technical guest session that processes technical identifiers and connection information. This authentication request contains no health measurements. Guests do not back up settings. A personal account can back up settings, goals and consent choices; measurements are excluded.

I can't sign in / my account isn't recognized.

Check your internet connection and try again. If you originally signed in with Apple, make sure you're using the same Apple ID. If the problem continues, email us with your device model and OS version and we'll help.

Help with Sign in with Apple.

Sign in with Apple lets you create or access your SUVLI account using your Apple ID, without sharing your real email address if you choose "Hide My Email." If a sign-in attempt fails or is cancelled, the app reports the failure; do not assume that no account or session was created. Contact support if the visible Apple sign-in option fails.

Pro purchases

How do I start, restore, or check Pro access?

Where offered, Pro has Monthly and Yearly subscriptions and a separate Lifetime purchase. On iPhone, the App Store processes these purchases. If you own a valid purchase on the same store account, use Restore purchases on the Pro screen, or in Profile → Account, to request a store recheck without making a new purchase. Prices and eligible offers are shown by the store before purchase. Android availability will be announced separately.

Your SUVLI login and your store purchasing account are separate. Signing in to SUVLI does not itself prove that you own a store purchase. If a restore fails, keep the exact error and contact support; do not make a second purchase just to troubleshoot.

Is Lifetime a subscription?

No. Lifetime is a single payment for permanent Pro, without an expiry date or renewal charge. It does not end because 72 hours pass, the app is not opened, offline use occurs or a refresh is missing. Authoritative store ownership, refund or revocation status determines whether that purchase remains valid.

How do I cancel or manage Monthly or Yearly?

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SUVLI → Cancel Subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions if the subscription is not listed. Cancellation stops renewal; access follows the store-verified paid validity. The app does not cancel subscriptions itself. Lifetime has no recurring subscription payment to cancel. Refund requests follow the store’s own process; we cannot promise a refund outcome.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Use the store subscription settings separately. Account deletion follows the account/server/local cleanup path described below and is not billing cancellation.

Health data and permissions

SUVLI isn't showing any health data.

Check that you've granted permission: on iPhone, go to Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → SUVLI and confirm the data types you use are turned on. Labels can vary with the iOS version. If you denied a permission when first asked, you can grant it later in the system settings.

Where does my health data come from, and does it leave my device?

It comes from Apple Health and is processed on your iPhone and paired Watch to build your scores and insights, rather than uploaded to our servers. An export copies a snapshot to the clipboard; if you paste or share it, that destination receives the text. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

Apple Watch

My Apple Watch isn't showing the same data as my iPhone.

Make sure the SUVLI Watch app is installed (via the Watch app on your iPhone) and that your Watch is unlocked, on your wrist, and within Bluetooth/Wi-Fi range of your iPhone. New health data reaches the Watch depending on how often the operating system delivers it in the background, which the system — not the app — controls. Opening the app can request a refresh, but does not guarantee new platform data or immediate delivery.

Some features are missing on my Watch.

All 14 current Watch complication designs can show their available basic values for Free and Pro users, including heart rate, HRV, steps, sleep, recovery and stress. A value can be absent when the required data or permissions are missing. Some deeper interpretation and history screens require Pro, as indicated in the app. Heart rate remains available in Free.

Watch complications show the most recent available stored value; this does not mean that it was measured just now. Open its detail to check the available context and freshness information. Valid Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime purchases unlock the same Pro features after verification reaches the Watch. These complications are not custom system watch faces.

Managing your data

How do I delete just the data stored on this device?

Open the app → Profile → Privacy & data → Erase data. This clears your locally synchronized health snapshot and app settings on this device. It does not delete your server account or original Apple Health records. Manage original health records in the platform app. Uninstall is not a substitute for explicit account deletion or secure-session cleanup. A cache-clear request is also attempted for the paired Watch; do not assume that an unavailable Watch has already received or completed it.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Profile → Account → Delete account. This requests server-side account/data deletion. After server success, the app attempts to clear the secure session and the deleted account’s local app data. Incomplete local cleanup is reported. If you also want to stop future subscription billing, cancel the subscription separately in the store (see above). Account deletion does not cancel it; a Lifetime purchase has no recurring payment to cancel.

Compatibility

SUVLI is designed for iPhone with Apple Health and an Apple Watch paired to that iPhone. Availability and supported versions are listed in the applicable TestFlight or App Store listing when available. Android and Google Play availability will be announced separately; there is no direct SUVLI Wear OS companion app being offered here.

Something else

I found a bug or have feedback.

Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can (what happened, what you expected, your device model and OS version) and we'll follow up.

Is SUVLI a medical device?

No. It's a wellness and fitness app. It does not diagnose conditions or give medical advice — always talk to a doctor about health concerns. See our Terms of Use.
